Your design will be more interactive and can ingage users because I design thinking about the web instead of fitting a magazine design into a web page. This comes from learning web design first then print design.
If your marketing to a female audience your site will attract attention. As a female designer I am able to give it that feminine touch it needs to appeal to the woman's eye.

Your site will have faster downloads and clean code not written by a program, which makes it easier to modify your design later on.
If your not going to use me for coding I deliver clean, organized, and labeled photoshop files. This makes it easier for whomever is coding the html.
Once your my client you speak directly to me you don't have to communicate to an assistant and you wont get a different designer halfway through the project.
For new clients this helps give your site a unique look to grab peoples attention.
You will get mockups of the design until your completely satisfied with it.
Fill out the quote form with as much information about your desired website as possible. This helps me to get a better idea of exactly what your business is and what sort of design you would need. I will contact you within 72 hours so we can discuss your project in more detail.
Once I have plenty of info on what you want and need I'll give you your quote. I like to make sure that we are both on the same page with what your design needs are from day one. This helps avoid confusion later on!
This is the part where things get fun! Any ideas you have about what you want the site to look like and convey get discussed in great detail. It's great to have several websites in mind that resemble the look you are interested in to serve as examples. Also, you should have some colors in mind that you would like for the site. Finally, if you have any images already that you would like on any of the pages of your site I will be gathering that as well!
I'll prepare some mockups or pictures of the site and send them to you. Remember the more feedback you give on your likes and dislikes the better I will be able to create your ideal website.
Once you are satisfied with the mockups I'll prepare the final design. Usually this will be a PSD (photoshop format). I will confirm with you what format would be best for you.
If you need the design coded and ready for the web I'll convert the design into html and css. I like to hand code all of my designs rather than rely on generator programs to do it for you. There are quite a few reasons I feel this way; smaller file sizes, better SEO results and more flexibility in design are just a few.
If you need web hosting. I'll help you get your website up at the domain name (www.yourwebsite.com) of your choice. Currently I use hostgator, namecheap or godaddy.
Once you're completely satisfied I except payments through paypal.
I will show you what you need to know to keep your website running and give you everything you need in case you need to make changes in the future. This ensures that you feel more in control of your website.
